RUBEDO SPA is situated in the centre of Minden. The route to us is designed for direct, hassle-free access — by train, bus, car or bike.
How to get there
- From Minden Central Station2.5 km — a few minutes by car or bus via the ZOB; around 30 minutes on foot along Marienstraße.
- From the town centreapproximately 1.5 km.
- PublicThe ‘Marienstraße’ bus stop is in the immediate vicinity; bus connections are available via the central transport hub, ZOB Minden. Current routes and departure times can be found via the timetable enquiry service (OWL / TeutoOWL).
By car or bike
- CarDedicated customer car parks right next to the building — arrive without any detours.

Note about the premises — Our building is a listed building and retains its original architecture. Access is via a flight of stairs; wheelchair access is not currently available. If you have any questions about how to get here, we’d be happy to assist you personally.

When are appointments available?
By appointment · Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00. Last full-body cryotherapy appointment at 16:30; longer treatments somewhat earlier, depending on their duration. We arrange the exact appointment with you personally.
What are the terms regarding cancellations or rescheduling?
Please cancel or reschedule booked appointments at least 48 hours in advance — for guided Origo sessions, at least 24 hours in advance; for individually tailored programmes, at least 7 days in advance. In the event of a later cancellation, we charge 50 per cent of the price; for no-shows, up to 100 per cent; if we are able to reallocate the session, we charge nothing.
