Valid for three years from the date of issue — in accordance with the statutory limitation period (§ 195 BGB). Gift vouchers are transferable. Treatment vouchers can be rebooked for another treatment of the same or similar value if required.
Personalised vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), as they are issued to a specific person or for a specific appointment. However, we always offer the option to rebook for another treatment of the same value.
Yes. For firmly reserved appointments, the same cancellation periods apply as for all appointments (Terms and Conditions, § 4): as a rule, 48 hours in advance.
Yes, on request. If you would like to give two people an experience each, we issue the vouchers together. The appointments take place individually.
Yes. The complete genome-based skincare package can be paid for in full with a voucher. Given its scope, we recommend a short preliminary consultation with Monica in this case — so that the recipient starts informed, not surprised. A short 15-minute preliminary consultation is ideal for this.
Vouchers for specific treatments at Rubedo Spa entitle the holder exclusively to cosmetic and skincare services in accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009). Rubedo Spa is not a medical centre. The period of validity is governed by Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Prices include statutory VAT.
