Vigor — Full-body cryotherapy down to −196 °C, controlled cold stimulationcr
Vigor Cold & Pressure · Dimension 02

The body,
reawakened.

When everyday life becomes difficult and the body goes into standby mode, Vigor provides a clear boost — for alertness, lightness and a renewed sense of presence.

Not more. Not louder. But more precise.
What Vigor is

The dimension of activation.

Vigor is the Rubedo dimension for activation, resilience and vitality. Not a single treatment, but a conscious, minimalist impulse — effective not through promise, but through experience.

This is not about overloading the senses, but about creating a deliberate sense of appeal: a moment in which energy, focus and body awareness are allowed to flow freely once more. The body is not ‘worked on’, but gently guided with respect.

  • Activation — a clear stimulus rather than overwhelming the reader.
  • Resilience — one’s own inner strengths, consciously awakened.
  • Vitality — freshness, balance and a renewed sense of presence in one’s experience.
  • Two forces — cold and pressure, finely balanced.

Inertia

There are times when the body feels sluggish — and even good routines only seem to work to a limited extent.

Your head feels tired, your legs feel heavy, your energy comes in waves. A gentle state of standby — even though you’ve long since wanted to get moving again.

Vigor understands this condition — and takes it seriously without dramatising it. It does not force anything. It gently lifts the heaviness and gets you moving again.

Vigor treatments

Two forces, many applications.

Vigor has two forces — the cold stimulus and compression. Each manifests itself in several applications — many approaches, one principle. The cold awakens, the pressure stimulates circulation and envelops. Activation, structure, after-effect.

Cold

The cold stimulus

Controlled stimulation down to −196 °C

An intense, clearly measured stimulus that awakens the body — a moment of clear freshness that leaves alertness and vitality behind.

The duration is fixed — three minutes. The intensity level is not: there are six levels, and we choose the first one together. This is because the body gets used to the cold — so that the stimulus remains a stimulus, the next level becomes possible. Why there are different intensity levels →

Compression

Rhythmic · enveloping

Controlled pressure restores the body’s natural flow and relieves the heaviness in tired legs — a sense of lightness that can be felt from one leg to the other.

The body adapts to what it is familiar with — which is why no single approach remains the right one for long. We reassess the pressure, rhythm and direction, as well as the sequence of active ingredients, at every appointment. And, as with cold therapy, we deliberately avoid starting at the upper end.

In the treatments
The aftertaste

What remains once the allure has faded.

What many describe is not a loud effect, but a subtle afterglow: clarity, lightness, an alert, calm mind — and the feeling of being more at one with oneself again.

This moment anchors the experience not in the end of the treatment, but in the body’s memory. A gentle reset that often makes everyday life feel different afterwards.

Recognisability

Who Vigor is intended for.

  • … You achieve a great deal, shoulder a heavy burden — and often feel as though you’re ‘always on’.
  • … You are familiar with heavy legs, a feeling of low energy, and the desire for a fresh start.
  • … You are active and, following exercise or periods of intense activity, are looking for a mindful balance.

What matters is not an ideal state, but recognising one’s own pattern.

The World of Contour

The body remains a landscape — temperature, active ingredients and time shape the sensation.

  • Leg wraps

Five ranges · tailored to skin type · 65 mins

    Procedure · Rhythm & Intervals →
Enveloped, supported, left undisturbed. Gauze pads soaked in active ingredients are wrapped around the legs layer by layer; over these go the occlusive trousers, which retain the body’s own heat. This is followed by the quiet centre of the treatment — half an hour during which the skin absorbs the active ingredients in peace. Finally, the remaining active ingredient is massaged in; it is not washed off. What many describe: the legs feel lighter, the sensation of heaviness subsides.
Marine — light & soothing. Sea salt and marine minerals. Marine Salt Bandage Contour — smooth & defined. For smooth, firm-feeling skin. Slim-Cell bandage Warmth — warm & supple. Soothing warmth that softens the skin. Warm Cell Effect bandage Freshness — cool & invigorating. The toning touch for a revitalised leg. Kryo Tonic Bandage Lightness — alert & buoyant. For tired legs after long hours on your feet. Flying Legs Bandage
We’ll work together to determine which range suits you best based on your skin condition — it may also change over the course of a cycle.

Once a week — a sense of skin wellness builds up over weeks, not in a single afternoon.

    150 €65 mins · course of treatment · 6 × €150Time for yourself →
  • Leg bandages & pressotherapy

The same treatment, utilising the rest phase · 75 mins

The same five lines — and the Presso compression works simultaneously, within the active ingredients’ application time: the cuffs lie over the occlusion trousers and impose their calm, rising rhythm over the quiet half-hour. So nothing is added — the treatment simply takes ten minutes longer and is significantly more comprehensive.

Once a week — the Presso works in tandem during the treatment time.

First step

Reawaken the body.

Before the cold sets in, we listen. New energy begins with the right impulse — together, we’ll find your rhythm.

Safety & Suitability

So that the experience suits you perfectly.

Vigor works with physical stimuli — the cold is distinct and noticeable, the pressure gentle and rhythmic. Your safety is our priority — which is why we always assess your suitability in a face-to-face consultation before a treatment begins.

  • Cryotherapy is not necessarily suitable for those with cold intolerance or a cold allergy, cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure or during pregnancy.
  • Presso-massage, leg bandages and body wraps involve gentle pressure and compression — in cases of thrombosis, acute venous disorders or open wounds, we will discuss these treatments with you beforehand.
  • Bandages and body wraps contain nourishing active ingredients — if you have any known allergies or sensitive skin, we will test for compatibility before application.
  • If you have any specific health concerns, please consult your doctor if in doubt.
