Transparency & Preparation — A safe environment.

A personal initial consultation is an integral part of every treatment programme. During this, we discuss your individual situation and any specific health considerations together, and clarify whether the chosen treatment is suitable for you or, if necessary, should be adapted.

Our treatments are designed to promote care, wellbeing and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Exfoliation & Fruit Acid Routine

A fruit acid peel is a cosmetic skin treatment in which the uppermost layers of the skin are exfoliated in a controlled and gentle manner. As a result, the skin may temporarily become more sensitive to external factors.

To ensure your skin responds as well as possible to the treatment, we begin every session with a brief skin analysis and a personalised consultation. Together, we discuss your current skin condition, your skincare routine and any specific considerations, so that we can tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Preparation

Proper preparation helps ensure a smooth and pleasant treatment experience. We recommend:

  • Discontinue the use of retinol, retinal and AHA, BHA or other exfoliating products approximately 3–5 days before the treatment;
  • to avoid mechanical exfoliation, brushing or highly irritating skincare products for a few days beforehand;
  • Avoid intense sunlight and sunbeds for at least 48 hours prior to treatment;
  • Do not have any waxing, sugaring or shaving carried out in the treatment area for at least 24 hours beforehand;
  • Please arrive on the day of your treatment without make-up, if possible, or with your skin cleansed.

When you look your best

If your schedule allows, we’d be happy to schedule your exfoliation treatment for the late afternoon. The reason is simple: freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive to light — an afternoon appointment gives it the whole night to recover before it’s exposed to daylight again.

Furthermore, the skin follows its own daily rhythm: during the day it tends to act in a protective capacity, whilst in the evening and at night it focuses more on regeneration — cell division in the epidermis is significantly more active at this time than around midday.

After the treatment

After a fruit acid peel, the skin needs a few days to regenerate. During this time, we recommend:

  • Apply sun protection with an SPF of at least 50 every day and avoid direct sunlight as far as possible;
  • to support the skin with mild, fragrance-free skincare and sufficient moisture;
  • to avoid using retinol, fruit acids, exfoliants and other highly active ingredients for around 5–7 days;
  • do not rub the skin or subject it to excessive strain;
  • Saunas, steam baths, solariums and intensive physical exercise should be avoided as far as possible on the day of treatment.

A slight redness, a feeling of tightness or fine flaking may occur in the first few days and are among the possible skin reactions. Please do not mechanically peel or remove any flaking skin.

Individual skin conditions

Every skin type is unique. Certain skin conditions or health factors may affect the treatment. Please inform us of the following points before the treatment:

  • irritated, damaged or sunburnt skin
  • active inflammation, eczema or atopic dermatitis in the treatment area
  • Herpes simplex or other acute skin infections
  • a fresh shave, waxing or sugaring in the treatment area
  • recent cosmetic or dermatological treatments (e.g. laser, microneedling or chemical peels)
  • Current use of, or recently completed therapy with, isotretinoin (e.g. Aknenormin®, Roaccutan®)
  • regular use of high-dose retinoids or prescription active-ingredient creams
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • known allergies or intolerances to cosmetic ingredients

Please discuss these points with us in advance so that we can carefully tailor the treatment accordingly. If you have any existing medical conditions, are currently undergoing medical treatment or have any concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Important notes

Treatment results vary from person to person and depend, amongst other things, on skin condition, follow-up care and consistent use of sun protection.

Should you experience unusually severe or persistent discomfort following treatment, we recommend that you temporarily stop using the relevant skincare products and seek medical advice.

Realistic expectations

Two people, the same treatment, two different days afterwards — the skin decides for itself how to respond.

The rhythm. The epidermis renews itself in around four weeks — and it continues to do so throughout our lives, albeit more slowly as we get older. That is why our skincare routine follows the skin’s cycle: every ten to fourteen days, close enough to coincide with the renewal process, yet far enough apart to allow the skin barrier to fully rebuild in between. How many treatments you have in succession depends on your skin — four to six is a good start, and after that the rhythm takes over.

What becomes apparent and when — and what lasts. Many people describe their skin as smooth and fresh after just the first treatment; the overall complexion — evenness and texture — becomes apparent from the third or fourth session onwards. After that, it’s all about maintaining the results: at a more relaxed pace, often three to four treatments a year, the skincare regime continues to support renewal. And what happens between appointments also plays a key role: daily sun protection accounts for half the result — and is the most effective preventative measure we know of.

DNA skin analysis

The DNA skin analysis is a cosmetic, genome-based skin consultation: genetic factors relevant to skin ageing are scientifically analysed from a saliva sample — to guide you towards a skincare routine that suits your skin.

Monica Galletti is a certified DNA Skin Expert. The analysis is carried out in a genetics laboratory in Austria, in accordance with the laboratory’s procedure. Everything begins with a personal preliminary consultation in which we clarify the process, goals and open questions together.

Procedure

  • Personal preliminary consultation — procedure, objectives and consent.
  • A conversation about your everyday life, followed by the saliva sample at the studio.
  • Analysis in a genetics laboratory in Austria; the report is ready after a few weeks.
  • Monica reads your report with you, page by page, clearly and calmly.
  • Then your skincare takes shape: the formula follows your genetic profile.

Preparation — Saliva sample

To ensure the sample can be analysed properly, please do the following around 30 minutes before the sample is taken:

  • nothing to eat or drink (except water),
  • No smoking,
  • Do not brush your teeth or chew gum.

No further preparation is required — the procedure is simple, painless and takes just a few minutes. We will discuss all further details and answer any questions you may have in detail during a face-to-face consultation.

The DNA skin analysis reads genes that influence your skin. We discuss further genome-based analyses in the preliminary consultation.

Individual requirements

The DNA skin analysis is intended for people aged 18 and over. Please let us know in advance if you are currently receiving medical treatment or have any questions regarding suitability — please discuss any health-related issues with your doctor.

Data Protection

Genetic data is particularly sensitive. Your sample and your results will be used exclusively for the agreed cosmetic programme — on the basis of your express consent and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time. We will discuss the details during the preliminary consultation and in our privacy policy.

Important notes

The DNA skin analysis provides cosmetic guidance for your skincare. It is not a medical or diagnostic examination and makes no statements about diseases or health risks. The genetic evaluation describes predispositions; how your skin presents also depends on lifestyle, environment and care. The recommendations derived from it are reasoned conclusions from your profile, not results proven for the individual case by controlled studies.

Experience Cutis

Full-body cryotherapy

Whole-body cryotherapy is a cosmetic treatment involving intense cold stimulation, in which the body is exposed to very cold, dry air for a few minutes.

The treatment is carried out under controlled conditions: we remain in the treatment room throughout the session. Before each session, we discuss your current situation and tailor the treatment specifically to you; please consult your doctor regarding any health-related questions about your suitability for the treatment. Careful preparation and the correct aftercare ensure a pleasant and safe treatment experience.

Preparation

To ensure you have a pleasant and safe experience, please observe the following guidelines.

Before your appointment

  • Shaving, exfoliation, waxing or laser treatments on the areas of skin to be treated should be avoided on the day of the treatment wherever possible.
  • Please arrive for your treatment with clean and completely dry skin, and wearing suitable underwear.
  • Please refrain from using body oils, rich creams or lotions on the day of your treatment.
  • Avoid consuming large amounts of caffeine immediately before treatment.
  • After a visit to the swimming pool or exposure to intense sunlight, we recommend allowing your skin sufficient time to recover.
  • In the event of acute infections, a fever or if you are not feeling entirely well on the day of your treatment, we recommend postponing your session.

At the centre

We’ll prepare you — step by step, before the treatment room opens. Please note:

  • Jewellery, watches, spectacles and other metal objects must be removed before the treatment.
  • If piercings cannot be removed, they are carefully covered with a suitable plaster to protect the skin.
  • You will be provided with the protective clothing required for the treatment, including gloves and shoe covers.
  • Areas of the body that are particularly sensitive to the cold, such as the hands and feet, are protected accordingly.
  • Before entering the treatment room, we check together that the skin is completely dry and that all preparations have been completed.

Throughout the treatment, you will remain connected to us via eye contact and conversation.

After the treatment

After cold therapy, the body needs time to return to its normal thermal balance. For a comfortable transition, we recommend:

  • to move around gently and in a relaxed manner for a few minutes after the treatment;
  • drinking enough water;
  • immediately afterwards, avoid saunas, steam baths or very hot baths if possible;
  • Avoid exposure to intense heat on the same day;
  • Refrain from using intensive or irritating skincare products immediately after treatment.

Depending on individual skin sensitivity, the skin may become temporarily reddened, feel cool or tingle slightly. These sensations vary from person to person.

Individual requirements

Every skin type and every body is unique. Certain personal circumstances, skin conditions or specific health factors may play a role in the planning and delivery of the treatment.

The service is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

Please discuss the following points with us before your treatment so that we can tailor the session safely and specifically to your needs:

Heart and Circulation
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • untreated or difficult-to-control high blood pressure
  • relevant cardiac arrhythmias
  • coronary heart disease
  • Angina pectoris
  • Heart failure
  • Pacemaker or implantable defibrillator
  • recently suffered a heart attack
Blood vessels and blood circulation
  • Circulatory disorders
  • peripheral arterial occlusive disease
  • current or recent thrombosis
  • Pulmonary embolism

Skin and general health
  • open wounds or fresh skin injuries
  • acute skin inflammations
  • acute infections or fever
  • Pregnancy
  • recent operations
  • severe circulatory problems or dizziness
  • known claustrophobia

Please discuss these points with us in advance so that we can carefully tailor the treatment accordingly. If you have any existing medical conditions, are currently undergoing medical treatment or have any concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Important notes

Please let us know at any time during the treatment if you feel unwell. Your safety and personal comfort are our top priority throughout the treatment.

Realistic expectations

Everyone experiences three minutes of cold differently: for some, it feels long; for others, almost too short.

Some people describe the treatment as an intense sensory experience, whilst others perceive it primarily as a special moment of conscious body awareness.

The rhythm. Cold works through repetition. Once to three times a week is a good frequency; how long depends on your starting point. What many people describe after the first few sessions is a body that responds more calmly to the stimulus — it has become familiar with it. This is habituation in the best sense: the initial excitement subsides, and regularity takes hold. That is why we speak of a rhythm that one maintains.

If you would like to incorporate full-body cryotherapy into your personal routine on a regular basis, we would be happy to advise you on appropriate intervals between sessions and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Local cryotherapy · Face

Localised cryotherapy on the face is a precise cosmetic treatment using dry nitrogen vapour, in which the skin is exposed to a controlled cold stimulus for a short period of time.

The temperature is continuously monitored throughout the treatment, ensuring that the cold stimulus is precisely and individually tailored. The intensity is adjusted to suit your skin’s sensitivity and the specific treatment area, and is based on the current condition of your skin.

Before each treatment, we discuss the condition of your skin and tailor the treatment specifically to you; please consult your doctor regarding any health-related questions about your suitability for the treatment. Careful preparation and appropriate aftercare help ensure your skin feels comfortable and that the treatment is carried out safely.

Preparation

Preparing for a local cryotherapy treatment on the face is straightforward. A few simple tips will help you prepare your skin optimally for the treatment.

Before your appointment

  • The treatment can be carried out with or without make-up.
  • Avoid using highly exfoliating or irritating skincare products, such as intensive scrubs, retinol or highly concentrated acids, for a few days before your treatment.
  • Please arrive for your treatment with skin that is as calm and unblemished as possible.
  • In the event of sunburn, acute skin irritation or noticeably sensitive skin, we recommend postponing the treatment.

At the centre

Before the treatment, we will assess the current condition of your skin together. In doing so, we take the following into account:

  • individual skin sensitivity,
  • the current condition of the skin,
  • sensitive or particularly reactive areas,
  • the appropriate intensity of the treatment.

After the treatment

Following a localised cold treatment, the skin may feel different for a short time. Depending on individual skin sensitivity, slight redness, a sensation of freshness or increased sensitivity may occur. The experience varies from person to person.

For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • Avoid direct sunlight and sunbeds immediately after treatment;
  • also to refrain from laser treatments or waxing in the treated area immediately afterwards;
  • If possible, avoid intense heat such as saunas or steam baths on the same day;
  • Avoid using highly irritating active ingredients or intensive exfoliants immediately afterwards;
  • to refrain, for a short time, from mechanical stimuli such as intense massages or vigorous rubbing of the skin.

Allow your skin time to stabilise again after the treatment.

Individual requirements

Every skin type is unique. Certain skin conditions or specific health issues may affect the treatment. Please discuss the following points with us before your treatment so that we can tailor the treatment safely and individually to your skin:

Sensitivity to the cold
  • Cold allergy or cold urticaria
  • severe sensitivity to the cold
Skin condition
  • open wounds or fresh skin injuries in the treatment area
  • acute inflammation or infections of the skin
  • severe skin irritation
  • recent sunburn
  • severe rosacea or inflammatory couperose in the treatment area
Aesthetic treatments
  • recent exfoliation or fruit acid treatments
  • intensive cosmetic treatments
  • Laser treatments for the face
  • Microneedling or similar treatments that irritate the skin
  • refreshing injections or aesthetic treatments for the face
General health conditions
  • acute infections or fever
  • relevant cardiovascular conditions
  • Blood vessel disorders
  • Pregnancy

Please discuss these points with us in advance so that we can carefully tailor the treatment accordingly. If you have any existing medical conditions, are currently undergoing medical or dermatological treatment, or have any concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Important notes

Every skin type reacts differently to cold stimuli. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your individual skin condition. Your safety and personal comfort are the top priority throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

Cold is experienced very personally — what is invigorating for one person is simply cold for another.

Many people describe the treatment as a special sensory experience and notice a change in the feel of their skin afterwards.

The rhythm. What makes this treatment special is its immediacy: the effect is felt straight away. That is why it is the ideal treatment to have before a special occasion — and why its frequency is tailored to your lifestyle: every one to two weeks, if you like, or otherwise once a month as a gentle routine.

Presso-massage

Presso-massage is a gentle, rhythmic compression treatment in which targeted pressure is applied to specific areas of the body.

The treatment is tailored to the individual and can be applied in particular to the legs, arms or other suitable areas of the body. Many people find the rhythmic compression pleasant and describe a feeling of lightness and relaxation afterwards. Careful preparation and the right aftercare help to ensure a pleasant treatment experience.

Preparation

Preparing for a Presso massage is straightforward. A few simple tips will help to make the treatment particularly enjoyable.

Your timeframe

Please allow about an hour for your appointment. Arrival, the treatment and a few quiet minutes afterwards all form part of the experience — the after-effects are part of the treatment, not an afterthought.

Before your appointment

  • Please wear comfortable clothing or suitable underwear for the treatment.
  • Please remove any tight or constricting clothing before the treatment.
  • Please remove rings, anklets, watches or any other jewellery from your arms and legs.
  • Avoid very heavy meals immediately before your treatment.
  • Make sure you drink plenty of water and arrive for your treatment as well-hydrated as possible.

At the centre

Before the treatment, we will briefly discuss your current situation and tailor the treatment specifically to your needs. In doing so, we take the following into account:

  • the areas of the body to be treated,
  • Your personal feelings,
  • the appropriate level of compression,
  • Any specific considerations that should be taken into account when using the content.

After the treatment

After a Presso massage, the treated area of the body may feel different for a short while. Many people describe a feeling of lightness or relaxation. The experience varies from person to person.

For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • to keep moving gently with a few calm steps;
  • drinking enough water;
  • to avoid sitting or standing still for as long as possible on the same day;
  • Give your body time to let the treatment take effect in peace.

Individual requirements

Every person is unique. Certain health conditions or physical characteristics may affect the treatment. Please discuss the following points with us before your treatment so that we can tailor the Presso massage safely and specifically to your needs:

Blood vessels and blood circulation
  • acute thrombosis or suspected acute thrombosis
  • current or recent cases of vasculitis
  • severe circulatory disorders
Heart and Circulation
  • severe heart failure
  • serious cardiovascular diseases
  • relevant circulatory problems
Kidneys and general health
  • severe renal failure
  • acute infections or fever
  • acute inflammation in the treated area
Skin and local conditions
  • open wounds or injuries in the treatment area
  • Erysipelas (cellulitis)
  • severe skin irritation or inflammatory changes
Specific life situations
  • Pregnancy

Please discuss these points with us in advance so that we can carefully tailor the treatment accordingly. If you have any existing medical conditions, are currently undergoing medical treatment or have any concerns, please check with your doctor beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Important notes

Each person reacts individually to mechanical compression. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your personal circumstances and how you feel. Your safety and well-being are our top priority throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

The waves are experienced differently: some people barely notice the pressure, whilst others feel every single chamber.

Many people find the rhythmic compression pleasant and relaxing.

The rhythm. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own — it is driven by muscle movement and breathing. Where this movement is lacking, fluid accumulates; external compression takes over the role that internal movement would otherwise fulfil. The effect is therefore genuine and temporary: everyday life carries on, and with it returns what makes it what it is. A good starting frequency is once or twice a week; once the leg feels lighter, an appointment every two to four weeks maintains this state — that is the preventative aspect. The best supplement is free: walking, putting your legs up, breathing calmly.

Leg bandages & body wraps

Leg bandages & body wraps are a cosmetic treatment in which the legs or body are wrapped in specially formulated bandages.

The treatment can be used as a standalone skincare experience or as a complement to a Presso massage. The enveloping treatment and the active skincare ingredients it contains can help promote a pleasant sensation on the skin as well as a feeling of lightness and nourishment. Before each treatment, we tailor the session individually to your needs, your skin condition and your personal preferences.

Preparation

Preparing for a bandage treatment is straightforward. A few simple tips will help to make the treatment particularly pleasant.

Your timeframe

Please allow around one and a half hours for leg wraps and around two and a half hours for a full-body wrap. Arrival, the rest period whilst the wraps are on, and the post-treatment relaxation are all part of the treatment — they are what bring you peace.

Before your appointment

  • Please ensure that the areas to be treated are clean, dry and free of any cream when you arrive.
  • Please refrain from using body oils, rich creams or heavily occlusive skincare products immediately before treatment.
  • Please remove any jewellery from your legs and feet, such as anklets or tight rings.
  • Please drink plenty of water before the treatment.

At the centre

Before applying the bandages, we’ll briefly discuss your current situation and tailor the treatment to your individual needs. In doing so, we take the following into account:

  • the desired treatment area,
  • the current condition of the skin,
  • Your personal sensitivity,
  • the appropriate selection of active skincare ingredients used.

The bandages are carefully applied and adjusted to ensure they fit comfortably and provide a pleasant treatment experience.

When you look your best

We recommend the leg wraps to close the day. After the treatment, the remaining active ingredient is worked in rather than washed off: what stays on the skin, stays overnight.

There is a scientific basis for this. The skin follows its own internal clock: During the day, protection takes precedence; in the evening and at night, regeneration takes centre stage — cell division in the epidermis is then significantly more active than at midday, and the skin barrier is more permeable during this time. An evening appointment makes the most of the calmer half of the day.

After the treatment

After a bandage treatment, the skin may feel nourished and pleasantly enveloped. For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • drinking enough water;
  • to keep moving gently with a few calm steps;
  • Avoid showering or bathing immediately after treatment so that the active ingredients used can remain on the skin for as long as possible;
  • On the same day, please avoid, where possible, intense stimuli such as intense heat, saunas or vigorous rubbing of the treated areas.

For sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding additional intensive skincare products or mechanical stimulation immediately after treatment.

Individual requirements

Every skin type and every body is unique. Certain health conditions, skin conditions or personal characteristics may affect the treatment. Please discuss the following points with us before your treatment so that we can take them into account accordingly:

Blood vessels and blood circulation
  • acute thrombosis or suspected acute thrombosis
  • severe venous disorders
  • severe varicose veins or inflammatory changes in the venous system
  • relevant circulatory disorders
Heart and Circulation
  • severe heart failure
  • serious cardiovascular diseases
Kidneys and general health
  • severe renal failure
  • acute infections or fever
  • acute inflammation in the treated area
Skin condition
  • exposed skin or wounds
  • Erysipelas (cellulitis)
  • acute skin irritation or inflammatory skin conditions
Tolerance and special circumstances
  • known intolerances to the active ingredients used
  • Common reactions to brine or skincare ingredients
  • Pregnancy

If you have any specific health conditions, please discuss your suitability with your doctor in advance. Please let us know about any such issues beforehand — this will enable us to carefully tailor the treatment to your personal circumstances.

Important notes

Every skin type reacts differently to active ingredients, wraps and the application of bandages. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your individual needs. Your safety and well-being are our top priority throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

How the treatment feels is a personal experience: for some, it offers support; for others, it is above all warmth and tranquillity.

Many people find the body wrap treatment pleasant, nourishing and relaxing.

The rhythm. What takes hold does not happen in a single afternoon. A good pace is one treatment per week — the sensation on your skin builds up over weeks; your skin’s condition will tell you how long this takes, and you may switch between the selected product ranges as you go along. Once that sensation is there, a more relaxed pace will sustain it: once or twice a month. This is the part that nurtures your skin before anything is missing.

Abhyanga

Abhyanga is a gentle full-body oil massage using warm sesame oil, which is traditionally an integral part of the Ayurvedic art of massage.

The treatment combines mindful touch, warmth and a relaxed atmosphere to create a special care experience for the body and skin. Before each treatment, we take the time for a personal consultation to discuss your wishes, how you feel and any relevant information.

Preparation

Preparing for an Abhyanga is straightforward. A few simple tips will help ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Before your appointment

  • If possible, please do not come for your treatment on a full stomach.
  • Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing where possible, which can be easily combined with the oil treatment after your session.

We discuss any particular sensitivities, preferences regarding the intensity of touch, and known intolerances in advance during a personal consultation.

At the centre

Before the massage begins, we’ll briefly discuss your preferences and how you’re feeling. In doing so, we’ll take the following into account:

  • Your preferred level of touch,
  • personal needs during the treatment,
  • Relevant information on skin and compatibility.

For the classic Abhyanga, we traditionally use warm sesame oil. In the Ayurvedic tradition, sesame oil is valued for its special properties and is described as balancing the three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The treatment is carried out in a peaceful atmosphere and tailored to your individual needs.

After the treatment

After an Abhyanga, the skin may feel nourished and pleasantly warm. For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • to allow oneself a peaceful period of transition;
  • Avoid planning any strenuous activities immediately afterwards, if possible;
  • drinking enough water;
  • allowing the skin time to absorb the oil used in peace;
  • If possible, avoid taking a shower or bath straight away, so that the skincare experience lasts as long as possible.

Individual requirements

Every skin type and every body is unique. Certain personal circumstances, skin conditions or specific health issues may affect the treatment. Please inform us of the following points before your treatment so that we can take them into account accordingly:

Skin and local conditions
  • open wounds or injuries in the treatment area
  • acute skin conditions or inflammatory skin lesions
  • severe skin irritation
  • Sunburn or recently irritated skin
General situations
  • acute infections or fever
  • severe cold with significant mucus build-up
  • general feeling of unease on the day of the treatment
  • recent operations or particular physical strain
Tolerance and special circumstances
  • known allergies or intolerances to sesame oil or other ingredients
  • Pregnancy
  • specific health conditions that you would like to discuss with us in advance

If you have any specific health conditions, please discuss your suitability with your doctor in advance. Please let us know about any such issues beforehand — this will enable us to tailor the treatment carefully and individually to your needs.

Important notes

Everyone experiences touch, warmth and massage differently. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your personal preferences and how you feel. Your safety, your well-being and a pleasant atmosphere are the focus throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

Warm oil and slow movement affect everyone differently — often more noticeably in the evening than immediately afterwards.

Many people find the treatment soothing, relaxing and a special moment of tranquillity.

The rhythm. In the Ayurvedic tradition, Abhyanga is a daily practice — though as a self-massage. The classic approach combines both: regular self-massage, plus one session a month here at our studio. Those who practise self-massage two to four times a week need appointments less often and get more out of them. We’d be happy to show you the movements.

Before each treatment, we take the time for a brief personal consultation to take your preferences and any relevant information into account.

Preparation

Preparing for a hot-stone treatment is straightforward. A few simple tips will help to make the treatment particularly enjoyable.

Before your appointment

  • If possible, please do not come for your treatment on a full stomach.
  • Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand.
  • Make sure you drink enough water.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing in which you feel at ease both before and after the treatment.

Your personal perception of heat is key. Please do let us know if you prefer the heat to be particularly intense or rather gentle.

At the centre

Before the treatment begins, we will briefly discuss your preferences and how you are feeling. In doing so, we will take the following into account:

  • Your preferred heat intensity,
  • sensitive areas of the body,
  • specific characteristics of your skin or body,
  • Notes regarding current ailments or limitations.

The stones are carefully prepared and the heat is adjusted to suit your comfort throughout the treatment. The treatment takes place in a peaceful atmosphere and is tailored individually to your well-being.

After the treatment

After a hot-stone treatment, your body may feel pleasantly warm and relaxed. For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • to allow oneself a peaceful period of transition;
  • drinking enough water;
  • Avoid planning any strenuous activities immediately afterwards, if possible;
  • avoid additional intense heat treatments such as saunas, steam baths or very hot baths on the same day;
  • Give your body time to let the warmth and relaxation continue to take effect in peace.

Individual requirements

Every skin type and every body is unique. Certain health conditions, skin conditions or personal characteristics may affect the use of heat treatments. Please inform us of the following points before your treatment so that we can take them into account accordingly:

Sensation of warmth and the skin
  • reduced sensitivity to heat or altered skin sensitivity
  • severe skin irritation
  • open wounds or injuries in the treatment area
  • acute skin inflammations or infections
  • Sunburn or recently irritated skin
Circulation and blood vessels

Specific health conditions
  • Diabetes with altered sensitivity to heat or pain
  • Osteoporosis

  • recent intensive cosmetic treatments in the treated area
  • recent injuries or specific skin conditions

If you have any specific health conditions, please discuss your suitability with your doctor in advance. Please let us know about any such issues beforehand — this will enable us to tailor the treatment carefully and individually to your needs.

Important notes

Everyone experiences warmth, touch and massage differently. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your personal preferences and how you feel. Your safety, your well-being and a pleasant atmosphere are the focus throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

Warmth is a matter of personal preference: some like it pronounced, others prefer it as a subtle undertone.

Many people find the combination of warmth and massage soothing, relaxing and a special moment of tranquillity.

The rhythm. The stone retains heat for longer than the hand — the muscles have more time to relax, whilst the pressure remains the same. A single treatment works on its own, and it works better when repeated: every three to four weeks is a comfortable interval — closer together in winter, further apart in summer. Its rhythm is that of the year.

The Raindrop Aromatherapy Ritual is a special aromatherapy treatment in which selected essential oils are applied drop by drop along the back and worked in using gentle massage strokes.

The combination of gentle touch, high-quality oils and a tranquil atmosphere creates a special pampering experience for the body and the senses. Before each treatment, we take the time for a personal consultation to take your preferences, your skin condition and any relevant information into account.

Preparation

Preparing for the Raindrop Aroma Ritual is straightforward. A few simple tips will help ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Before your appointment

  • If possible, please arrive for your treatment with clean skin on your back, free from any moisturiser.
  • Please refrain from using body oils or rich skincare products on the treatment area immediately beforehand.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing in which you feel at ease both before and after the treatment.

We would be happy to discuss any known sensitivities, intolerances or special requests in advance during a personal consultation.

At the centre

Before the treatment begins, we will briefly discuss your preferences and any relevant information. In doing so, we will take the following into account:

  • Your skin sensitivity,
  • known intolerances to fragrances or oils,
  • Personal preferences regarding intensity and atmosphere.

The essential oils used are carefully selected and applied according to the individual’s specific needs. If there are any concerns regarding skin tolerance, a small tolerance test (patch test) can be carried out beforehand.

After the treatment

After the Raindrop Aroma Ritual, your skin may feel nourished and the scent of the oils used may linger for some time. For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • to allow the oils sufficient time to take effect;
  • to allow for a gentle transition period where possible;
  • drinking enough water;
  • avoid intense external stimuli immediately afterwards;
  • to plan to have a shower or bath only the following day, so that the skincare experience lasts as long as possible.

Individual requirements

Every skin type and every body is unique. Certain personal circumstances, skin conditions or specific health issues may affect the treatment. Please inform us of the following points before your treatment so that we can take them into account accordingly:

Skin and tolerance
  • known allergies or intolerances to fragrances or essential oils
  • very sensitive or reactive skin
  • open wounds or injuries in the treatment area
  • acute skin irritation or inflammatory skin conditions
Specific health conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding
  • specific health conditions that you would like to discuss with us in advance

As certain essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding, please let us know in advance so that we can take this into account when administering the treatment.

If you have any specific health conditions, please discuss your suitability with your doctor in advance. Please let us know about any such issues beforehand — this will enable us to tailor the treatment carefully and individually to your needs.

Important notes

Everyone reacts differently to scents, touch and natural ingredients. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your personal needs and how you feel. Your safety, your well-being and a pleasant atmosphere are the focus throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

Scents are memories: the same oil can evoke very different feelings in two different people.

Many people find the treatment soothing, relaxing and a special aromatic ritual.

The rhythm. This ritual thrives on scent and a gentle touch — both have an immediate effect on your mood and sleep that very day. Its rhythm is that of transitions: a change of season, a week that was too much, a fresh start. Please do not apply undiluted essential oils at home — that is what this ritual is for.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage is a classic full-body or partial-body massage featuring flowing, rhythmic strokes and an intensity tailored to the individual.

The combination of mindful touch, warmth and various massage techniques creates a soothing treatment experience for the body and the senses. Before each treatment, we take the time for a personal consultation to take into account your preferences, your preferred intensity and any relevant information.

Preparation

Preparing for a Swedish massage is straightforward. A few simple tips will help ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Before your appointment

  • If possible, please do not come for your treatment on a full stomach.
  • Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand.
  • Make sure you drink enough water.
  • Please let us know which areas of your body require special attention.
  • Please let us know your preferred pressure level and any areas that are particularly sensitive.

Your personal preferences and how you feel are the focus. The intensity of the massage is tailored to your individual needs.

At the centre

Before the massage begins, we will briefly discuss your preferences and any relevant information. In doing so, we will take the following into account:

  • desired intensity and pressure,
  • sensitive or delicate areas of the body,
  • current physical characteristics,
  • Your personal ideas for the treatment.

The massage is tailored to the individual and carried out in a peaceful atmosphere.

After the treatment

After a Swedish massage, your body may feel pleasantly loosened and relaxed. For the period following the treatment, we recommend:

  • to allow oneself a gentle transition back to everyday life;
  • drinking enough water;
  • avoid strenuous physical activity immediately afterwards;
  • to allow for gentle exercise and sufficient rest.

Individual requirements

Every person and every body is unique. Certain health conditions, skin conditions or personal characteristics may affect a massage treatment. Please inform us of the following points before your treatment so that we can take them into account accordingly:

If you have any specific health conditions, please discuss your suitability with your doctor in advance. Please let us know about any such issues beforehand — this will enable us to tailor the treatment carefully and individually to your needs.

Important notes

Everyone experiences touch, pressure and massage differently. That is why the treatment is always tailored to your personal preferences and how you feel. Your safety, your well-being and a pleasant atmosphere are the focus throughout the entire treatment.

Realistic expectations

Only your body knows how much pressure feels comfortable — and it varies from day to day.

Many people find the treatment soothing, relaxing and a special moment of tranquillity.

The rhythm — it’s the frequency that makes the difference. Research into classical massage reveals something remarkable: sessions once a week for five weeks and twice a week result in two different responses from the body — each with its own profile. The benefits depend on the frequency, and the right frequency is a matter of finding the right fit. For us, this means: a more frequent schedule to start with — weekly for four to six weeks, if you want to see a change — and then once a month as a baseline. Prevention begins with touch: the nervous system learns the path to calm, and the more often it takes that path, the easier it becomes. Give yourself four to eight weeks of regular treatment before making up your mind.

Origo · Transparency & Preparation

Breathwork & Hypnosis · Imago

At Origo, we offer two different types of experience: Breathwork and Hypnosis · Imago. Both are designed to promote relaxation and conscious self-awareness. Each session begins with a personal preliminary consultation, during which we get to know your individual situation and work with you to determine which of the two approaches is best suited to you.

Personalised preparation. Every Origo session includes a personal preliminary consultation and a bespoke plan for your session. Both are included in your booking.

Breathwork

Preparation

Please arrive as well-rested as possible and wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your breathing. Ideally, avoid a large meal for two hours before the session, as well as alcohol or large amounts of caffeine on the same day.

Whilst

Every experience is unique. Many people report deep relaxation, a heightened body awareness or a sense of inner clarity. Throughout the session, you set your own pace at all times.

Aftertaste

Take your time to let the experience sink in. Drink plenty of water and, if possible, avoid scheduling any appointments immediately afterwards. A peaceful conclusion helps you to fully absorb the experience.

Hypnosis · Imago

Preparation

Please arrive as relaxed as possible and allow plenty of time. Comfortable clothing will help ensure a pleasant experience. No prior knowledge is required.

Whilst

Hypnosis · Imago combines guided imagery with focused attention and pleasant relaxation. Some people experience inner images as particularly vivid, whilst others perceive above all a sense of calm, clarity or new perspectives — always in accordance with your own experience.

Aftertaste

Take some time for yourself before returning to your daily routine. A gentle transition, plenty of water and minimal external stimuli help many people to let the experience fade away at their own pace.

Rhythm & Preparation

If possible, please do not come straight from your car into your session. Arriving ten minutes early is usually sufficient to allow your breathing to settle and the stresses of everyday life to gradually fade into the background.

Please wear comfortable clothing and, if possible, avoid a heavy meal in the hour leading up to your session. This makes it easier for the body to engage with the breathing exercises.

The rhythm. Breathing work is not a treatment, but a skill. And like any skill, it becomes easier the more the body becomes familiar with the process.

That is why we support you over a period of time: initially usually weekly, later every two weeks and finally once a month. In between, a brief personal practice of just a few minutes a day is often sufficient.

We decide together how many sessions are appropriate. There is no fixed programme that you simply tick off.

The fact that the intervals grow longer over time is not an end in itself — but the actual goal. For with each phase, the ability to return to that state even without our guidance grows. What is already established requires less closeness. What is still allowed to grow is given more time.

Where possible, we always recommend the same day of the week and the same time. Not for organisational reasons, but because the body remembers rhythms. It links place, time and atmosphere together — and with each repetition, returns more quickly to that familiar state.

Regularity is therefore not an end in itself. It is part of the work.

When a session is not suitable

A personal preliminary consultation forms part of every session. In some cases, a session may not be suitable. Please therefore let us know in advance if any of the following apply to you:

Physical
  • Cardiovascular diseases, previous heart attacks or angina pectoris
  • difficult-to-control or untreated high blood pressure
  • Cardiac arrhythmias
  • Aneurysms or other vascular conditions
  • previous strokes
  • serious respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD
  • Epilepsy or known seizures
  • Glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure or retinal detachment
  • Diabetes
  • Osteoporosis
  • recent operations or injuries
  • Taking blood-thinning medication
  • an existing pregnancy
Spiritual
  • acute mental health crises
  • Psychoses or psychotic episodes
  • Schizophrenia or bipolar disorders
  • severe anxiety or panic attacks
  • Use of psychotropic drugs
  • ongoing psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment

Hypnosis · Imago is a form of guided relaxation — not medical hypnosis. If you have any health concerns or existing medical conditions, we recommend that you consult your doctor or therapist.
